Complete data processing, review and upload reports to monitor data accuracy and progress toward goals for programs assigned.

• Perform and analyze primary care clinician continuity reports
• Perform and present data regarding monthly paneling reports, providing recommendations for improvements
• Participate in department and organization meetings as requested
• Provide in-person training support as requested

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Valid California drivers license, vehicle insurance and reliable transportation

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration or Healthcare Informatics

• Ability to interface with all levels of personnel in a professional manner
• Ability to maintain organized records and files; demonstrated ability to correctly file in alphabetical and numeric order
• Excellent clerical, data collection, report preparation and organizational skills
• Experience/familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel), business e-mail communication systems and internet search capabilities
