Summary

As part of the HR team, build relationships with internal stakeholders to support and grow our HRIS program, LMS and various training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update various HRIS, LMS and payroll systems and programs (ADP Workforce Now)
• Evaluate HRIS needs and provide training, troubleshooting and resolution for HRIS system issues
• Assist with human capital analytics
• Assist in creating online training products and team building activities
• Track data, generate and distribute reports
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum

• Bachelors degree in human resources or related field
• Minimum four years' HR-related job experience
• HRIS experience
• Valid California drivers license, current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation

Preferred

• Completion of PHR or Human Resources Certificate Program

Required Skills/Knowledge/Ability

• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Thorough knowledge of English spelling, grammar and writing skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, business communication systems and Internet search capabilities
• Strong customer service skills
