Responsibilities

Configure and troubleshoot NextGen templates, workflows and issues, managing cases through the Bridge Track support system. Perform KBM upgrades, managing such projects as assigned. Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans. Provide training to NextGen super users as needed. Work with clinical teams to develop workflows and electronic processes.

  • Configure and troubleshoot NextGen EHR templates and workflows and PM issues
  • Perform KBM upgrade project management duties as assigned
  • Manage cases through the Bridge Track Support Desk software; prioritize, track and resolve user problems and requests with a sense of urgency
  • Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans
  • Provide training to EHR and PM super users as needed
  • Work with clinical teams to develop workflows and electronic processes within the NextGen system
Qualifications

Minimum

  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • Minimum five years' experience in information technology setting
  • Minimum two years' experience in a healthcare environment
  • Willingness and ability to obtain NextGen Certified Professional (NCP) certification within twelve months of employment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office suite and SQL and application troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to quickly grasp new technologies
  • Knowledge of applicable data and privacy practices and laws (HIPAA and HiTech)

Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Strong business and technical writing capabilities
